  • Speed Increase/Decrease Buttons: Allows users to adjust speed in 0.1 MPH increments. Long pressing these buttons changes speed by 0.5 MPH.
  • Speed Shortcuts: Dedicated buttons for quick access to 3 MPH and 6 MPH speeds.
  • Safety Lock: Essential for operation, the magnetic safety lock must be placed on the yellow sticker on the electronic panel to start the treadmill. If "SAFE" is displayed, it indicates the safety lock is not correctly positioned.
  • Folding Mechanism: The treadmill can be folded for storage. This involves loosening a special bolt, disconnecting the power cable, and lifting the column. For unfolding, the column is slowly pulled up, and the special bolt is fastened.
  • Smart Connectivity: The treadmill connects to a mobile app (PitPat) via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Users can download the app, register an account, and connect their treadmill to access additional features and track exercise data. The app displays the treadmill's status and allows for control. A smart bracelet can also be connected for data synchronization.
  • Exercise Guidelines: The manual provides recommendations for warm-up, aerobic exercise, and cool-down routines, including specific stretches for various muscle groups (hamstrings, calves, quadriceps, inner thigh). Users are advised to consult a doctor before starting an exercise program and to stay hydrated.

Maintenance Features:

Proper maintenance is crucial for the treadmill's longevity and optimal performance:

  • Regular Cleaning: Dedust the treadmill regularly to keep parts clean. After each use, wipe the console and other parts with a clean towel to remove sweat and debris, being careful to keep electrical components and the running belt dry.
  • Storage: Store the treadmill in a clean, dry environment with the power off and unplugged.
  • Moving: The treadmill is equipped with wheels for easy movement. Ensure the power supply is disconnected and the treadmill is properly folded before moving.
  • Part Inspection: Frequently check all parts of the treadmill, ensure they are properly locked, and replace any damaged parts immediately.
  • Exercise Duration: To extend the treadmill's lifespan, limit exercise sessions to 30 minutes and allow 10 minutes for cooling down before restarting.
  • Running Belt Adjustment: The running belt's tension may change over time. If it becomes too loose, insert the hex Allen Wrench into the adjustment hole at the left foot guard and turn it clockwise by 1/4 cycle, repeating on the right side. Adjust both sides synchronously to maintain alignment. If the belt is too tight, adjust counterclockwise. Avoid overtightening, as this can damage the belt or roller bearings.
  • Running Belt Centering: If the running belt deviates from the center, adjust it by turning the left side screw 1/4 cycle clockwise if it's too close to the left, or counterclockwise if it's too close to the right. Repeat on the right side as needed, ensuring both sides are adjusted synchronously.
  • Lubrication: The treadmill requires lubrication after 30 or 100 hours of operation, depending on usage frequency. To lubricate, lift the running belt and apply lubricant to the surface underneath. The manual provides instructions on how to add lubricant using the provided bottle.
  • Pre-Maintenance Safety: Always turn off and unplug the treadmill before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
