Connect unit to a dedicated 240 V.A.C. line with a 15AMP receptacle. Avoid 120V.
Clean/heat unit for 45 mins, then follow operating instructions for cooking.
Preset time flashes until temp reached; view temp by holding 'Temp Button'.
Set time/temp using buttons & code. Press program button to start countdown.
Check all bolts/screws and tighten if necessary.
Clean surfaces with damp cloth and detergent. Do not immerse unit in water.
Use program #4 for cleaning and a detergent mixture for stubborn residue.
