This document is a user manual for the STARFLEX PRO trampoline, available in three sizes: Ø305cm, Ø366cm, and Ø427cm. The manual provides comprehensive instructions for assembly, installation, maintenance, and safe use of the trampoline, which includes a protective enclosure. It is designed for outdoor domestic use only.
Function Description:
The STARFLEX PRO is a recreational trampoline designed to propel users to various heights for physical activity and entertainment. It comes with a protective enclosure, which is an integral part of its structural integrity, ensuring user safety by preventing falls off the trampoline surface. The trampoline is equipped with a safety device, and its design emphasizes controlled bouncing and adherence to safety guidelines.

Usage Features:
The manual emphasizes safe and controlled use of the trampoline. Key usage features and warnings include:
- Single User Policy: Only one person is allowed on the trampoline at a time to prevent collisions.
- Adult Supervision: Young children must not use the trampoline without adult supervision.
- Enclosure Requirement: The trampoline must not be used without the protective enclosure erected.
- No Somersaults or Flips: Performing somersaults or flips is prohibited due to the risk of paralysis or death from landing on the head or neck.
- Footwear: Users should jump barefoot.
- Mat Condition: Do not use the mat when it is wet.
- Pockets and Hands: Empty pockets and hands before jumping.
- Jumping Position: Always jump in the middle of the mat.
- Eating/Drinking: Do not eat while jumping.
- Exiting: Do not exit by jumping.
- Continuous Use: Limit continuous usage time and take regular breaks.
- Weather Conditions: Do not use the trampoline in strong wind conditions; secure it safely.
- Installation Surface: The trampoline is not intended to be buried and should not be installed over concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces, or near conflicting installations like paddling pools, swings, slides, or climbing frames. It must be placed on a level surface at least 2 meters away from any structures or obstructions.
- Health Precautions: Consult a physician before engaging in any physical activity. Stop immediately if feeling unwell or dizzy.
- Learning Skills: The manual provides lessons for learning basic trampoline skills, including basic bounce, knee bounce, seat bounce, and 180-degree turn, with an emphasis on control and form. Users are encouraged to contact a certified trampoline instructor for further skill development.
Maintenance Features:
Regular checks and maintenance are crucial for the safety and longevity of the trampoline. The manual outlines a detailed maintenance schedule:
- Pre-Use Inspection (Every Use):
- Check all nuts and bolts for tightness.
- Inspect springs for intactness and ensure they cannot unhook.
- Verify that frame pads cover the springs.
- Check the cord securing the net for suffocation risk.
- Inspect coverings for bolts and sharp edges.
- Ensure the net, trampoline mat, and all protective elements are in good condition and can support the user's weight.
- Specifically, inspect the enclosure netting for signs of wear or tear by pinching and pulling a section of the netting. If it makes a tearing sound, it is unsafe and must be replaced immediately.
- Visually check the entire perimeter of the trampoline for material deterioration or other damage.
- 1 to 3 Months: Inspect the enclosure (net, net hanger, and straps) prior to every use.
- 3 to 6 Months: Thorough inspection for UV damage and prior to every use for net, net hanger, and straps.
- 6 to 12 Months: Thorough inspection before every use on net, net hanger, straps, zippers, ties, and strings. Replace after 12 months or earlier if necessary.
- Annual Replacement: The safety net should be replaced every year, even if it shows no visible signs of damage, under normal use conditions.
- Wind Conditions: In strong winds, outdoor trampolines must be equipped with a device to prevent displacement (e.g., anchors, steel bars, or sand/water bags). Wind-catching items like the net and mat should be removed.
- Winter Storage: In winter, remove snow and store the mat and enclosure indoors to prevent damage from snow load and low temperatures.
- Part Replacement: Any defective, worn, or missing parts must be replaced according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Documentation: Keep maintenance instructions for future reference.
Moving the Trampoline:
Moving the trampoline requires two or three people. For short distances, lift it slightly off the ground and keep it horizontal. Do not lift the frame more than 5 cm from the ground to avoid deformation. If the frame deforms, place the trampoline on the ground and press on the deformed part. For any other type of movement, the trampoline must be disassembled. Dragging the trampoline on the ground is prohibited as it can damage the structure. All connection points should be wrapped and secured with weather-resistant tape during movement to prevent dislocation.
Warranty and Recycling:
The product comes with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on other parts, starting from the purchase date. The warranty is voided by incorrect use, assembly, or transport, as well as damage from force, bad weather, unauthorized repairs, or negligence. The product is for private use only; commercial use voids the warranty. Packaging materials are recyclable, and users are advised to sort them for proper disposal at designated recycling centers.
