MAINTENANCE
Remove the plug from the socket before carrying out any adjustment, servicing or maintenance.
If the machine is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Carbide blade replacement
Unscrew 4 screws with screw driver, use a wooden hammer to gently tap aluminum cover and take off it
with inner dust cover as figure 1.
Use socket wrench and Open-end spanner to loosen screw and take off spiral blade as figure 2. Blade
should be taken off one by one.
Assemble and disassemble blade as figure 4.
Suggest to check whether blade is loose regularly everyday before work.
