Installation

Water Connection Requirements

Flush supply lines, connect to isolator valve with 20mm 3/4 male, 20L/min flow.

Power Connection

Connect to a 15A 230V 50Hz adjacent switched outlet.

Waste Connection

Connect drain pump hose to upstand or sink waste connection.

Detergent Dispensing

Insert hose into commercial dishwasher low foam detergent container.

Rinse Fluid Dispensing

Insert hose into rinse fluid container; adjust injector as needed.

Initial Operation Check

Run several cycles, ensure operator understands instructions.

Installation Troubleshooting

Check water tap is open and supply pressure meets specification for filling issues.

Operating Procedures

Machine Operation Controls

Overview of power switch, gauges, and indicator lights for machine status.

Start Up Procedure

Fit trays, filters, shut door, turn on switches. Power light glows red, then amber.

Normal Operation Cycle

Load rack, shut door, press start. Cycle light glows green during operation.

Daily Shut Down

Turn drain switch on, remove upstand, drain water, turn off switches, clean filters.

Pre-Rinsing and Soaking

Pre-scraping dishes is recommended; cutlery should be pre-soaked in water.

Racking and Loading

Do not overload racks. Wash cutlery unsorted. Cycle times are short.

Cycle Times

The XU has a 2-minute cycle.

Chemical Usage

Use correct type and quantity of detergent and rinse agent. Adjust concentrations.

Drying Process

Machine promotes fast drying. Remove rack promptly at end of cycle.

Care

Daily Cleaning

Drain and clean the machine daily. Remove, clean, and replace filters.

Regular Cleaning

Weekly cleaning: Remove upstand, filter, trays, and wash/rinse arms for jet cleaning.
