Assembling
∙ Slide the carriage 4) onto the carriage lead 1).
∙ Now close the lock on the carriage 5). As the carriage can no longer slip out of the
lead.
∙ Then hang the food holder 6) on the carriage.
Usage
∙ Do not connect the device during assembly!
∙ Only use the device when it is completely assembled!
∙ Take the cable from the cable storage and connect the device.
∙ Simultaneously press the safety switch (rear) and the power button (top) to start
the device. The power button must always be held down.
∙ The slice thickness can be selected between 0 and 15 mm with the adjusting wheel

∙ Press the food against the moving blade without applying too much pressure on
the carriage. Always use the hand protection and food holder.
∙ Tip: if you want to cut different foods one after the other (e.g. cheese, sausage), it
is advisable to cut a slice of bread in between to prevent odour and taste transfer.
Protecting the motor:
∙ Do not operate the device without food
∙ Do not let the device run for more than max. 5 minutes.
∙ Let the device cool down between the work steps.
