1. On-Off Switch
Press once, a red LED shines. The display
shows „Time 88“.
2. Timer
By pressing the arrow keys the cooking
time can be set in steps of 1 minute. The set
time (e.g. 35 minutes) flashes in red. Time
can be changes anytime by pressing the
arrow keys. After time run out the device
turns off and peeps 10 times.
3. Cook
By pressing the button
a
blue LED flashes. The food is
cooked with 90 – 100°C for
the set time. After the time
run out the device turn off.
Now the food can be mixed
(no. 6) with speed I to
IIII or with the pulse button.
4. Mix & Cook
By setting the desired
time and pressing the
button the blue LED
flashes. The device
cooks and mixes the
food with 90 – 100°C in
time interval. After the
time run out the device
turns off.
5. Simmer (keep
warm)
By setting the desired
time and pressing the
button the food will
be kept warm with 55
– 60°C. By pressing the
mix button shortly,
the food will be mixed in
intervals and low r.p.m.
for short time.
6. Speed of the mixer
By turning the switch
the food can be mixed on
level 1, 2, 3, 4 or with the
pulse function. Hot food
can be mixed at higher
speeds.
7. Mixing in intervals
If mix + cook
(no. 4) is set, mixing
in intervals is possible by pressing
the button >2 seconds. “88” and ()
flashes alternately.
