Why is the Steba LB 9 Humidifier light on but there is no mist?

There could be a couple of reasons why your Steba Humidifier light is on, but no mist is being produced. First, check if the water tank is empty and refill it if needed. Second, ensure that the water tank is correctly attached, so the safety switch is released.
