The display is not lit The mains plug is not correctly
connected to the outlet/extension
cord.
Disconnect the mains plug from the outlet/
extension cord and reconnect it.
The RCD adapter has triggered
(LED is not lit).
Press the RESET 12 button. If the LED is
not permanently lit, contact an authorised
electrician.
The outlet/the extension cord is
without power.
Contact an authorised electrician.
The heat pump does not start up. The heat exchanger has not
reached operating temperature
yet.
Wait 90 seconds after activation.
The current water temperature is
higher than or the same as the
set water temperature.
Set a higher temperature or wait until the
current water temperature falls below the
set water temperature.
The water in the pool does not
reach the desired temperature
despite running the heat pump.
The operating time of the heat
pump was too short to reach the
set water temperature.
Wait 24 to 48 hours.
Ice has formed on the finned heat
exchanger.
The ambient temperature is too
low/the air humidity is too high.
Activate manual defrosting (see section
"Operation").
The gas pressure in the coolant
circuit is too low (see section
"Test").
Contact an authorised specialist.
Liquid leaks out. Accumulation of condensate Check the drain spout and the drain hose
for clogging
The water connections are
leaking.
Check the seal and screw the nuts tight.

coolant circuit.
