UK – Brus carbonator
The warranty for your machine is only valid if it has
been treated in accordance with the recommended
maintenance and safety instructions.
Safety instructions for the bottle
· Do not ll your Brus bottles with anything other than
drinking water. If carbonation is added to liquids other
than water, there is a high risk of the liquid entering
the machine, and additives such as sugar may cause
the pressure relief valves to stick. If the relief valves
stop working, the machine will not be safe to use.
· Do not ll the Brus bottle above the MAX line. If you
do, water will enter your machine and spray out
through the relief valves. This is not dangerous or
harmful to the carbonator, but the machine and
the table will get wet and need to be cleaned.
· Not dishwasher safe. The Brus bottles can only
withstand water temperatures of up to 40°C
(104°F), and must therefore be washed by hand.
· Do not freeze the Brus bottles.
· Do not use Brus bottles that have exceeded their use-
by date as this poses a safety risk. A Brus bottle must
be replaced two years aer the date it is rst used.
· Do not use discoloured, deformed or cracked
water bottles as this poses a safety risk.
· Rinse the Brus bottle thoroughly before each use
to ensure there is no bacteria in the bottle.
· It is not recommended to drink directly from
the bottle, as this can contaminate the
bottle and the machine with bacteria.
· Never use other brands of bottle
for your Brus carbonator.

Brus bottle are safe to use for food contact.
Disposal

(40) shell at the bottom. The lid of the bottle is
made from PP (5) with a silicone (7) gasket and
steel (40) shell.
Instruction manual
Read the instruction manual for proper use of the
Brus bottle, including related safety instructions.
The year indicates when the bottle was produced.
All bottles must be replaced 2 years aer the date
of rst use.
Not dishwasher safe
The Brus bottle must never be placed in the
dishwasher, as this can aect its functionality and
thus pose a safety risk.
Temperature range
The Brus bottle can withstand a minimum
temperature of 1°C (3F) and a maximum
temperature of 40°C (104°F). Exceeding these
temperatures will damage the bottle and thus
pose a safety risk.
Safety instructions for the carbonator
· Do not transport your Brus carbonator with the
CO
2
cartridge attached in the CO
2
cartridge
compartment. Always ensure that the cartridge has
been released from the machine before transport
to avoid damaging internal components.
· Keep your Brus carbonator out of the reach of children.
· Do not place your Brus carbonator close to a
heat source. The pressure in the CO
2
cartridge
depends on ambient temperatures, so keep it away
from hotplates, radiators, direct sunlight, etc.
· Use only CO
2
cartridge approved for carbonators.
Other cartridges may aect the machine's
functionality or pose a safety risk.
· IMPORTANT: Before adding carbonation to your
Brus bottle, make sure your CO
2
cartridge has
been attached correctly in the compartment. It
can loosen over time, making it less eective.
· Only use Brus bottles for your Brus carbonator.
Other bottles may aect the functionality
of the machine or pose a safety risk.
· Do not turn the carbonation button to release
CO
2
without rst attaching a lled Brus bottle.
· Never inject carbonation into an empty
bottle. This is very dangerous. Always ll
with water to at least the MIN line.
· Always use your Brus carbonator in an upright position.
· Never ll a Brus bottle above the MAX
line or below the MIN line.
· Never attempt to use your Brus carbonator when it is
broken or damaged, as this is extremely dangerous.
If your carbonator breaks or malfunctions, do not
attempt to repair or open the machine yourself.
Contact the place of purchase for guidance.
Safety instructions for the CO
2
cartridge
· Do not transport the CO
2
cartridge while it is
attached to your Brus carbonator. Keep the cartridge
and your machine separate during transport.
