1. Have the saw chain sharpened professionally at an authorised service
centre or sharpen the chain yourself by using a proper sharpening kit.
Also observe the sharpening instructions supplied with the sharpening
kit.
2. The height dierence between the tooth and the ridge is the cutting
depth. When sharpening the saw chain you have to consider the
following points.

beforeadjusting or replacing the saw chain and guide-bar.
10. Use correct application tools for the product and ensure they in good
condition.
11. Regular and proper cleaning will help ensure safe use and prolong the
life of the product. Incorrect maintenance will shorten the life of the
product. The removal or modication of safety components can cause
serious damage!
