To assemble the filter´s halves, press the edges until it clicks into place.
2. Change of lubricating chain oil
Dismount the guide bar and verify that the lubrication orifice has not been clogged.
3. Guide bar
When you dismount the guide bar, remove the sawdust from the bar slot and from the
lubrication orifice.
Lubricate the teeth of the pinion.
4. Other
Check if there are fuel leaks, loose parts or damages to
important parts, specially handles and the guide bar support. If
there is any fault, make sure to repair it before using the
chainsaw again.
· PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
1. Cylinder fins
The dust clogging between the cylinder fins will cause the engine to over heat. Check and clean
the cylinder fins periodically after removing the air filter and the cylinder cover. When
assembling the cylinder cover, make sure that the commutation cables and the washers are
placed correctly.
Note: Make sure to close the intake air orifice.
2. Fuel filter
(a) Using a wire hook, remove the filter from the
fuel tank.
