Front Bumper Drilling Procedure

Step 1: Remove Vehicle Clips

Remove existing vehicle clips from the bottom and wheel arch surface of the front bumper.

Step 2: Use Pattern Paper A

Position template A on the grille, mark holes, and drill pilot (3mm) and final (6mm) holes.

Drilling Safety and Quality

Use cloth adhesive tape as a stopper and remove burrs after drilling to prevent damage.

Additional Drilling and Template Use

Step 3: Use Pattern Paper B

Position template B on the lower bumper surface, mark, and drill pilot (3mm) and final (6mm) holes.

Step 4: Use Pattern Papers C, D, E

Position templates C, D, E, mark holes, and drill pilot (3mm, 6mm) and final (9.5mm) holes.

Drilling Advice for Other Parts

Apply tape stopper to drills to avoid interfering with or damaging other parts.

Spoiler Attachment and Securing

Step 5: Insert Wellnuts

Insert the supplied Wellnuts into the 9.5 mm holes carefully, avoiding over-tightening.

Step 2: Cleaning and Degreasing

Clean and degrease the shaded area of the rear bumper with a degreasing agent and dry thoroughly.

Step 3: Initial Spoiler Placement

Peel half the release paper from double-sided tape, fold over, and attach to the bumper surface.

Final Spoiler Installation Steps

Step 9: Secure with Clips

Attach using Medium Clips (3) on the wheel arch and Small Clips (4) in the center 6mm holes.

Step 10: Temporarily Tighten Bolts

Use a Phillips screwdriver to temporarily tighten the remaining bottom fastening holes with Bolts (7).

Step 11: Press Double-Sided Tape

Press the adhesive part firmly, pulling release paper slowly to avoid breaking it in the middle.

Final Checks and Customer Information

Step 12: Fully Tighten Bolts

Fully tighten the Bolts (7) on the bottom surface of the spoiler with a Phillips screwdriver.

Final Inspection

Check float, inclination, ensure no missing clips/bolts, and confirm all tightening is complete.

Customer Usage Advisory

Be cautious of curbs, steps, and snow as product may scratch, deform, or detach if impacted.

Template for drilling 6.0mm holes on the front bumper, ensure scale is 1/1 when printing.
