Replacing the Wear Guard
: Remove the cutting blade – see
chapter “Fitting the Cutting Blade”
: Take out the screws (3).
: Fit the new wear guard (4).
: Insert screws and tighten down
firmly.
: Fit the blade – see chapter “Fitting
the Cutting Blade”.

1. Blade
Metal blade for cutting weeds,
grass, etc.
2. Deflector
Designed to reduce the risk of injury
from foreign objects flung back
towards the operator by the blade
and from contact with the blade.
3. Clamp
Connects the deflector to the drive
tube.
