2.0 General operation
There should be no people or obstacles in the way of the sun protection system when it
is being extended or retracted.
Never let children operate the sun protection system or any control unit.
The operator must be able to see the sun protection system while operating it.
The sun protection system must not be used if it needs to be repaired or serviced. Any
control units must be switched to manual operation.
The basic purpose of our awnings is for sun protection and, depending on their set-up,
rain protection. In the case of snow, it is essential that the awning is retracted.
The manual stop on the ALFRESCO P4000 and PERGOLINO P3000 / P3500 models may
only be disengaged once the cover is no longer being pulled taut by the additional ten-
sion of the motor. Otherwise the awning may be damaged. Please follow the
instructions below:
