Function Description:

The Giorik Steambox Evolution combi ovens are versatile appliances capable of performing a wide range of cooking methods, including convection, combi (convection with humidity), steam, smoking, and keeping warm. They are designed to cook varying types of food to perfection, ensuring quick and even cooking results. The ovens feature a touch screen control interface and a navigation dial for setting parameters, making them user-friendly. They support both manual cooking, where users can create customized cooking programs with up to nine phases, and automatic cooking, which includes special programs like regeneration and rack control.
