Why is my Stoelting Freezer spigot leaking?
    • D
      Deanna JimenezSep 6, 2025
A leaking spigot can be caused by spigot parts not being lubricated, chipped or worn O-rings, O-rings on the spigot being installed incorrectly, or nicks or scratches on the front door where the spigot is located. Try lubricating the spigot parts. Replace any chipped or worn O-rings. Remove the spigot and check the O-rings for proper installation. If there are nicks or scratches on the front door, replace the front door.

Why does my Stoelting Freezer compressor not operate?
    • K
      kimberlydiazAug 21, 2025
The compressor might not be operating due to several reasons: the power to the freezer is off; the drive motor is overloaded; there's low line voltage; the compressor's internal overload is cut-out; or the front door isn't securely installed. To address this, check the power supply to the freezer. Allow 15-20 minutes for the thermal overload to reset. Verify the line voltage is within +/-10% of the nameplate voltage. Inspect the condenser and clean the air filter. Ensure the front door is securely installed.
