  If the Storch Paint Sprayer pump ventilates but builds up virtually no pressure, or insufficient pressure, consider these potential causes: * The pressure might be set too low, so try increasing it. * The filter could be clogged; clean the gun filter, inlet filter, or device filter, or replace them as necessary. * The outlet valve may be jammed or worn; maintain the outlet valve. * The ventilation/pressure relief valve could be bypassed; clean or replace it. * The packings and/or piston might be worn; tighten the gland nut, replace the packing, and if needed, the piston.

How to fix Storch Airless LP that won't switch on due to pressure sensor issues?

  To address a Storch Paint Sprayer that won't switch on due to pressure sensor issues: 1. Try fitting a different pressure sensor onto the controller card to see if the device starts. If it does, the old sensor is defective. 2. If a replacement isn't available, use a multimeter to check the resistance on the red and black wires of the sensor (remember to unplug the mains plug). The resistance should measure between 1.5-3.5 kΩ. Defective sensors often fail to detect DC voltage. If the sensor passes these tests, the issue might be with the pressure regulating button (potentiometer).
