Use the
ACTIVATION CARD
First.
PREPARE YOUR STRAIGHT TALK WIRELESS HOME PHONE UNIT FOR ACTIVATION
Remove Protectors and Assemble Your Unit

Connect the Unit to a Power Supply

Remove all protectors from the unit by peeling them off . Carefully insert
the battery connection cable into the battery port.
The connector will
click into place when properly inserted. Then, place
the battery in its
compartment and replace the back cover.
With the unit turned OFF, align the antenna and antenna port then
screw the antenna
into the port. Ensure that the antenna is securely
tightened all the way in (this can take over 20 turns) and that it points
upward once fully tightened.
Find your Serial Number and Activate your Service

Connect a Telephone Device to the UnitInstall the Antenna Properly

To Activate your service, go to www.StraightTalkHomePhone.com
or call 1-800-299-7784 from another phone. You will need the Serial
Number located on the front of this card and a Straight Talk Wireless
Home Phone Service Plan to complete your Activation. You can also
purchase a Service Plan with a credit card.
After completing the Activation, you MUST call *22890 from
the telephone device connected to the Straight Talk Wireless
Home Phone unit to program it. Listen for programming-related
messages/instructions. You will receive a confi rmation message once
the programming is complete.
After Activation is complete, wait 2 minutes then call 1-855-343-2255 to
hear your phone number.
If this is the fi rst call made from the unit, you will be asked to choose your
language for Voicemail functions before you can complete your call.
BOTH telephone ports on the Unit connect to the same telephone number.
Plug one end of a telephone cable into a telephone port
and the other end
into the back of a corded telephone or a cordless telephone base device.
Telephone device and telephone cable are not included.
Insert one end of the power adapter into the DC input port then plug the
other end into an electrical outlet. The unit will turn ON automatically.
If it does not turn on, press the Power button located on the top of the unit.
You know your unit is ON when the Power indicator lights up blue.
