  The vibration or noise could be due to several reasons. Inspect all points where tubing might be making contact with the shroud or chassis, as well as the compressor mounting. Also, check for any foreign objects in the fan or blower. Clean the blowers, secure any loose wiring with tie-wraps, and replace the air filter. If there is high refrigerant pressure, test the air temperature entering and leaving the condenser. Clean the condenser and replace the filter if needed. If there is a broken or bent fan blade, replace the blower unit or fan blade.

  If the unit runs but isn't cooling well, start by checking if the compressor is cycling. If so, reprogram the setpoint or increase the Hy. Clean the condenser coil if you see a HA2 alarm intermittently or if the condenser is dirty. Ensure the installation meets the minimum clearance for condenser airflow and that no adjacent units are heating the air; if so, install a baffle/deflector or move the units. If the condenser is in good condition, have a qualified A/C technician check the evaporator section. Clean the evaporator if there is restricted airflow. Remove any restrictions, install a baffle, or install a fan if there is recirculating airflow.

If the CB is on overload, a defective or disconnected run capacitor, or a faulty compressor, have a qualified A/C technician test and replace as needed. Also, check the programmed setpoint and indicated temperature if the controller is on or if the LED/Snowflake is not on. Note that if the LED/Snowflake is blinking, the unit is off on anti-short cycle time delay, which clears after 5 minutes. Have a qualified A/C technician clean, repair, or replace the evaporator fan if it is not running.
