  If water isn't dispensing from your Strauss water Water Filtration Systems, there are several things to check: * Ensure the appliance is properly connected to a working electrical outlet. * Make sure the main water outlet is open. * If there's a general water outage, check other outlets in your home. After checking the points above, disconnect the appliance from the electric source for a few seconds and reconnect it.

  If the water from your Strauss water Water Filtration Systems isn't hot enough, ensure that the heat switch located on the back of the appliance is turned ON. Also, if you've recently used a lot of hot water, allow approximately 3 minutes for the system to reheat before checking again.
