Maintenance
Replacement of ignition and pilot assembly
Turn off gas supply at the isolation valve on the fire and disconnect gas connection. The burner
assembly should be removed from the fire box as described above.
Follow the steps laid down in the installation and service instructions for the replacement of the
pilot assembly with the addition of disconnecting and reconnecting the thermocouple
connections to the linkage micro switch. On completion carry out gas soundness test and
functional test.
Replacement of the spark generator
Remove screws holding spark generator in place, disconnect leads noting the position and
remove from fire. Replace in reverse order.

For spare parts, contact Straxgas with serial number and type of fire.
