INTENDED USE
Industrial-grade Jumbo Wagon handles heavy loads up to 1400 lbs. Perfect for hauling patio
blocks, firewood, gardening supplies and much more. Front, rear and side panels fold away or
detach completely for easy loading and unloading.

AUTION: Do not allow persons to operate or assemble this dump cart until they
have read this manual and have developed a thorough understanding of how the
dump cart works.
WARNING: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction
manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be
understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built
into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
1. Keep the work area clean and dry. Damp or wet work areas can result in injury.
2. Keep children away from work area. Do not allow children to handle this product.
3. Store idle equipment. When not in use, tools and equipment should be stored in a dry location to
inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and equipment, and keep out of reach of children.
4. Use the right tool for the job. Do not attempt to force small equipment to do the work of
larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was
designed. It will do the job better and more safely at the capacity for which it was intended.
Do not modify this equipment, and do not use this equipment for a purpose for which it was
not intended.
5. Check for damaged parts. Before using this product, carefully check that it will operate
properly and perform its intended function. Check for damaged parts and any other conditions
that may affect the operation of this product. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately.
6. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times to prevent tripping, falling,
back injury, etc.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Bottom Panels and Support Tubes

Attach support tubes to bottom panels using M8x40 screws and M8 nylon lock nuts.

Step 2: Attach Tongue Support

Attach tongue supports I and II to bottom panels using M8x50 screws and M8 nylon lock nuts.

Step 3: Attach Wheel Axle Support

Attach wheel axle support stands to bottom panels using M8x20 hex bolts and M8 nylon lock nuts.

Step 4: Attach Wheel Axle

Center hitch tongue assembly in wheel axle support and insert axle through holes.

Step 5: Attach Wheels

Secure wheels to axle using Ø20 flat washers and Ø4 R-pin.

Step 6: Attach Side Panel

Attach left and right side panel assemblies to the bottom panel using four hinge pins.

Step 7: Attach Front Panel

Attach front panel to bottom panel and secure using two hinge pins.

Step 8: Attach Rear Panel

Slide rear panel through slots on the back side panels to lock it in place.

Step 9: Attach Side Rails and Front Rail

Insert side rails into side panels and secure front rail with R pins.

Operation

Using Your Utility Dump Cart

Guidelines for safe and effective operation of the dump cart.

Never Tow with Box Raised

Never tow the utility dump cart with the box raised.

Avoid Overfilling

Do not overfill the dump cart. Overflow loads can cause loss of traction.

Comfortable Dumping Load

Only fill the dump cart to a comfortable dumping load. Heavy loads are difficult to operate.

Intended Purpose

Always use the dump cart for its intended purpose.

Tow Vehicle Weight

Ensure tow vehicle and operator weight exceed load weight for proper control.

No Public Highways

Do not use cart on public highways or roads.

Towing Speed Limit

Never exceed 10mph when towing the dump cart.

Sharp Turns

Do not make sharp turns that may cause tires to rub against the cart.

Slow Down Before Turning

Always slow down before turning.

Backing Caution

Always use caution when backing. Avoid 'jack-knifing' by backing straight.

Maintenance

General Maintenance

Tire Pressure

Before operating, make sure tires have the RECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE OF 25 PSI.

Lubrication

Regularly grease axle and wheel bearing area. Annually clean and lightly lubricate parts.

Check Fasteners

Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.

Touch Up Paint

Use glossy enamel spray paint to touch up scratched or worn painted metal surfaces.

Capacity Limit

Never exceed load capacity rating of 1200 lbs; doing so will damage the utility dump cart.

Storage

Material Removal

Never allow material to remain in the utility dump cart for extended periods of time.

Clean and Dry Before Storing

Before storing, make sure the cart is clean and dry.

Storage Location

Store indoors or protected area during severe weather and winter months.

Outdoor Storage Tip
