Intended Use

The Strongway 4400 Lb. Capacity Pallet Jack is designed for transportation of loads with a

level, attached base and may be used only on a firm and even surface, such as concrete or

asphalt. The load must be evenly distributed pallets, with the ideal loading mode such that the

center of gravity of the load is at the central position of the fork.

Why won't the forks on my Strongway Lifting Systems raise to the maximum height?

  There are several reasons why the forks might not reach maximum height: * The hydraulic oil level may be low. Add more oil. * There might be a hydraulic oil leak, so you need to fill with oil. * The oil may be contaminated, requiring an oil change. * Air could be trapped in the hydraulic system; bleed the air. * The piston rod or pump body could be deformed due to overloading or uneven loading, which means you should replace the piston rod or pump body. * Rusting or jamming of the rod may occur if the fork is stored in a high position for extended periods. When not in use, keep the fork in the lowest position and ensure the rod is properly lubricated.
