Stryker is not responsible for personal injury, boat damage, or equipment loss directly or indirectly related to its products. The warranty does not cover damage from acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.), product misuse, or accidental damage. Shipping and installation costs for returns and replacements are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise deemed by Stryker. Stryker T-Tops disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For products not manufactured by Stryker, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Minor blemishes, scratches, and nicks on aluminum and stainless steel products are considered normal and are not valid reasons for return. If excessive, an email with photographs showing the size, pattern, and location of the blemish must be sent within 3 days.
The warranty is void if the product has been modified, altered, incorrectly installed, mistreated, neglected, improperly maintained, used for unintended purposes, or used beyond its physical limitations. The warranty period is not extended by replacement parts but continues for the remaining period.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It also supersedes any other possible liabilities of the seller or manufacturer, including claims of negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or any other tort. Returns must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition; otherwise, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Damaged or unsalable products will not be accepted.
