from the Phone tab in Settings)?
Check the Device List (accessed by pressing Settings, Phone, and then Android Auto). Is the
device connected by USB shown on the list?
No Start up the device (if the device does not restore normally, there is a CCU abnormality)
Yes Proceed to the next step
ͻ Is there a check in the check box of the Device List (accessed by selecting Android Auto from the
Phone tab in Settings)?
Check the Device List (accessed by selecting Settings, Phone, and then Android Auto). Is there a
check in the check box of the device displayed on the list as having a USB connection?
No Transition to the Device List (accessed by selecting Android Auto from the Phone tab in
Settings), and put a check in the box of the device that is currently connected.
Yes Proceed to step 5
5. Confirmation of details of malfunction occurrence
ͻ Press the Android Auto icon. Does Android Auto start up?
Press the Android Auto switch displayed on the home screen. Does CCU (CID) display on the
Android Auto screen?
No CCU abnormality
Yes There are no current abnormalities
