Yes Proceed to the next step
ͻ Is there a break in the Lightning cable connecting the AUX-BOX connector and device?
No Proceed to step 3
Yes Replace the Lightning cable.
3. Check of mobile phone device side
ͻ Is StarLink installed on the mobile phone device?
Check the mobile phone device to be connected. Is the StarLInk application installed?
No Install the StarLink application (If installation is not possible, the device is not compatible)
Yes Proceed to the next step
ͻ Is the StarLink application on the mobile phone device side started up?
Check the mobile phone device to be connected. Has the StarLink application been started up?
No Start up StarLink on the mobile phone device.
Yes Proceed to step 4
4. Check of CCU side
ͻ Is the CCU clock setting set?
Confirm the set time in Time Settings (Accessed by selecting Settings, General, and then Clock). Is
set time the current time?
No Transition from Clock to Time Settings from the General tab in Settings, and set the date.
Yes Proceed to step 5
5. Confirmation of details of malfunction occurrence
ͻ With the mobile phone device connected with a USB cable, confirm that the StarLink icon at
home on the CID screen is in the normal color.
Connect to the mobile phone device with a USB cable, and check the home screen. Has the
StarLink icon displayed in the normal color?
No Start up the mobile phone device (if normal operation is not restored, there is a CCU
abnormality)
Yes Proceed to the next step
ͻ Does an error message display when the Starlink home icon on the CID screen is pressed?
Press the Starlink icon on the home screen. Does an error message display on the CID screen?
No Nothing abnormal
Yes Perform the corrective measure according to the error message indications.
