< Inattentive alarm >
If the driver's face is continuously turned well outside a predetermined range, the system infers the driver
is not watching the road.
If the system infers the driver is not watching the road, the driver is warned with a buzzer sound and
meter display (MID).
< Dozing / drowsiness warning >
㻌 If the driver's eyes remained continuously closed, the system infers that the driver is falling asleep.
㻌 If the system infers mild drowsiness, the driver is warned with a meter display (MID).
If the system infers the driver is falling asleep or is extremely drowsy, the driver is warned with a
buzzer and meter display (MID).
Furthermore, in the case of falling asleep and extreme drowsiness only, the audio is muted so that
the buzzer is more easily heard.
< Individual recognition>
This system is linked to the opening and closing of the door and recognizes individuals. When the
driver sits in the seat and recognition is completed, the results are displayed graphically on the
Multi-Information Display (MID).
㻌 After this time, the various settings particular to that driver are automatically adjusted. These
include seat position, door mirror angle, contents displayed on the meter screen, and A/C
settings.
