Download and run the driver update .exe file for the wired controller.
Press and hold L3 and directional cross Right while connecting the wired controller to USB.
Click the 'Update' button when the 'Ready to update firmware' screen appears.
Check for the 'Update successful' screen upon completion of the firmware update.
Download and run the driver update .exe file for the wireless controller.
Press and hold the reset button on the dongle while connecting it to USB.
Click the 'Update' button when the 'Ready to update firmware' screen appears.
Check for the 'Update successful' screen upon completion of the firmware update.
