(Italy) dichiariamo sotto la nostra responsabilità che i prodotti sottoriportati
MOTORI SERIE 4OP / 4WP / OY6 / OP3 / 3HS
Sono conformi alle disposizioni delle seguenti direttive europee e alle disposizioni nazionali
di attuazione
• Bassa tensione 2014/35/EU.
• Compatibilità Elettromagnetica 2014/30/EU.
• Direttiva 2011/65/CE RoHS II
• Standards usati: EN 60034-1: 2011-03; EN 60204-1:2006-06
Per quanto riguarda la Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/EC si precisa che il motore è un
componente dell’impianto in cui va montato, per cui gli aspetti di sicurezza in generale
devono essere garantiti dall’installatore.
La marcatura di conformità “CE”, per la Direttiva 2014/30/EU, è limitata ad un utilizzo diretto
del motore. Se quest’ultimo viene montato in un impianto, la verica di conformità deve
essere eseguita sul sistema stesso dall’installatore.

Comply with the following European Directives and with the regulations transposing them
into national law
• Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU
• Directive 2002/95/EC RoHS regulation
• Applied harmonized standards: EN 60034-1: 2011-03; EN 60204-1:2006
According to the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC, the motor is a component of a plant and all
the safety aspects of the system on which it is installed must be guaranteed by the installer.
Concerning the CE mark according Directive 2014/30/EU, is limited to the direct use of
the motor. Any other situation of installing it in a system or plant, the installer must the
conformity of the system in its entirely.
