Release folding latch, hold front wheel, pull handle back, secure cart with latch hook.
Lift handle to comfortable height, move latch forward, adjust tension with twist knob.
Release handle latch, lift or lower handle to new height, secure handle latch.
Unfold support, place bag, lean top part, adjust width, expand front axle if needed.
Push handle to lift front wheels, pivot to steer, lower wheels to go.
Turn brake cable adjustment stud clockwise to ensure brake pin clearance.
