Two (2) Year Limited Hospitality Warranty
SunbeamLatinAmericaLLCwarrantsthatforaperiodoftwo(2)yearsfromthedateof
purchase,thisproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.JCS,atitsoption,
willrepairorreplacethisproductoranycomponentoftheproductfoundtobedefective
duringthewarrantyperiod.Replacementwillbemadewithanew,orremanufacturedproduct
orcomponent.Iftheproductisnolongeravailable,replacementmaybemadewithasimilar
productofequalorgreatervalue.Thisisyourexclusivewarranty.
Thiswarrantyisvalidfortheoriginalhospitalityindustrypurchaserfromthedateofsuch
initialpurchaseandisnottransferable.JCSdealers,servicecenters,orstoressellingJCS
productsdonothavetherighttoalter,modify
oranywaychangethetermsandconditionsofthiswarranty.
Thiswarrantydoesrotcovernormalwearofpartsordamageresultingfromanyofthe
following:negligentuseormisuseoftheproduct,useonimpropervoltageorcurrent,use
contrarytotheoperatinginstructions,disassembly,repairoralterationbyanyoneotherthan
JCSoranauthorizedservicecenter.Further,thewarrantydoesnotcoverActsofGod,sucha
fire,flood,hurricanesandtornadoes.
JCSshallnotbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamagescausedbythebreachofany
express,impliedorstatutorywarrantyorcondition.
Excepttotheextentprohibitedbyapplicablelaw,anyimpliedwarrantyofmerchantabilityor
fitnessforaparticularpurposeislimitedindurationtothedurationoftheabovewarranty.
JCSdisclaimsallotherwarranties,conditionsorrepresentations,express,implied,statutoryor
otherwise.
Somestates,provincesorjurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalor
consequentialdamagesorlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
limitationsorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightsthatvaryfrom
statetostateorprovincetoprovince.
Thiswarrantyisonlyapplicabletoproductspurchasedbymembersofthehospitalityindustry
andnottoconsumersales.
