• The warranty is against manufacturing defects only, therefore
repair or replacement is on the sole discretion of the Sunfox,
depending on whether the unit has been properly operated &
handled during the warranty period, without any tampering.
• The warranty covers none of the following:
• Warranty is void if the product is not operated according to the
instructions given in the “Instruction Manual”.
• Replaced devices are warranted for a period of 30 days and are
subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this
document.
• Devices returned to Sunfox Technologies become its property.
• The warranty covers only those products which are purchased in
INDIA.

- Transport cost or risk of transport.
- Cost of replacement arising because of repairs carried out by
any unauthorised person.
- Periodic check-ups, maintenance & repair.
- Accessories or other attachments external to the main device
itself, if not explicitly warranty above.
- Costs arising due to no acceptance of the claim.
- Damages resulting from personal use, mishandling, neglect,
abuse, customer modification or failure of the user even if,
caused accidentally.
