Sunfox Technologies does not warrant the suitability of a lead for
any specific patient, since fitness for use is a medical decision.
Sunfox Technologies will not be liable for any damages, whether
direct, consequential, or incidental, caused by lead defects,
failures, or malfunctions, whether such a claim is based on
warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise.
This warranty represents the entire obligation of Sunfox
Technologies and is made in lieu of any other warranties, whether
express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a
purpose. The remedies set forth in this warranty shall be the only
remedies available to any person. No person has any authority to
bind Sunfox Technologies to any warranty or representation
except those specifically contained herein.
Sunfox reserves the right to make design changes in its products
without incurring the obligation to incorporate these changes in
products previously delivered.
