Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Frame Preparation

Unpack contents, place Main Frame (A03) on a leveled surface for assembly.

Step 2: Base Frame Assembly

Attach Base Support Tubes (A02) to Base Frame (A01) using bolts and nuts.

Step 3: Folding Mechanism Operation

Pull the Locking Pin (C25), lower Main Frame (A03) to the floor carefully.

Step 4: Handrail Attachment

Connect Handrail Brackets (A05) to Handrail Connecting Bracket (A04) by turning clockwise.

Step 5: Securing the Frame

Insert Lock Knob (B09) and turn clockwise to secure the Base Frame (A01) to the Main Frame (A03).

Step 6: Console Adjustment

Turn the Console Display (B) to a right angle. Assembly is now complete.

Maintenance & Care

General Cleaning and Belt Care

Keep the unit clean by dusting. Clean both sides of the running belt to prevent dust accumulation.

Running Belt Centering and Tension

Adjust belt tension for optimal performance. The belt should be pulled out 50-75mm.

Lubricating the Treadmill

Lubrication Procedure

Raise one side of the Running Belt (C13), apply lubricant to the Running Board (D12), and wipe evenly.

Loosen Lock Knob (B09) counterclockwise, pull it out, and fold up the Main Frame (A03).
