Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Stabilizers

Attach front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using cap nuts, curve washers, and bolts.

Step 2: Insert Rotation Rod and Handrails

Insert rotation rod, attach handrails using bolts, washers, and gaskets. Tighten with allen wrenches.

Step 3: Assemble Pedals

Assemble pedals to the chain pulley with spacers, washers, and nuts, tightening securely with spanners.

Step 4: Adjust Handrail Arms

Loosen adjustment knobs, insert handrail arms, adjust position, and tighten knobs.

Step 5: Attach Seat to Seat Post

Attach seat to seat post using washers and nuts. Secure seat post using adjustment knob.

Step 6: Install Computer and Meter Post

Install batteries, connect computer wires, and attach computer and meter post to the main frame.

Maintenance & Adjustment Guide

Adjusting the Seat Height

Turn adjustment knob counter-clockwise to release seat post, adjust height, and tighten knob clockwise.

Adjusting the Handrail Arms Height

Turn adjustment knobs counter-clockwise to release handrail arms, adjust height, and tighten knobs clockwise.

Moving the Air Bike

Hold handrail arms, tilt bike to engage front stabilizer wheels, and move to desired location.

Adjusting the Balance

Adjust end caps on rear stabilizer to ensure the air bike is level and stable on the floor.

Cleaning

Clean bike with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasives. Wipe perspiration and protect computer display.

Storage

Store the air bike in a clean and dry environment away from children.
