Section #2 - RC308
There is an issue with the RC308 where it loses the pairing with the handheld. If your base remote
control unit inside your white hydraulic box looks like the picture below, we will replace it with a new
RC400 under warranty. In the meantime, you should be able to easily re-pair the handheld to the base
unit and use it until we can get you an RC400 replacement.
Step #1 – Press and release the RED program button as shown below
Step #2 – Press and release the UP button on the handheld unit 4+ times. On the 4
th
press, it should
activate the lift.
*** 9 out of 10 times this procedure will work and you can begin using your handheld again. If it loses
the pairing again, simply repeat. If it does not pair (1/10 times it won't) then use the base unit until we
can get you the new RC400. Please make sure we are aware if you can't get the handheld to pair with
the base unit and we will make your unit replacement a higher priority.
