If your Suntec Wellness Air Conditioner doesn't start when you press the power button, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the water tank isn't full, as indicated by the water full light; if it is, empty it. Next, check for any blockages in the air inlet and clean it if necessary. Also, make sure that the exhaust hose is installed correctly and is free from obstructions. Furthermore, if you're in cooling mode, the room temperature might be lower than the set temperature, so try resetting the temperature. The unit needs the ambient temperature to be between 17-35°C. In dehumidification mode, ensure the ambient temperature is above 17°C. It's also recommended to close all doors and windows and remove any heat sources if possible.
