Daily use:
Step 1: Remove the nested ame ring and set it aside.
Step 2: Use logs that are 35 cm or shorter, stack your logs ghtly inside the stove, but do not
overll the repit so the wood cover or extend the top air holes.
Step 3: Light your re. We recommend using kindling briquees and light the re from the top.
In this way you get as lile smoke as possible when lighng up.
Step 4: Place the ame ring back on top of the repit with
the angled edges poinng upward. This will provide pro-
tecon from the wind and enhance the look of the wind.
See illustraon on the right for correct placement:
Step 5: Gently add addional logs as needed.
Step 6: Let the stove to burn out on its own. Do not use water or other exnguishing methods.
Step 7: Aer the stove has completely cooled down, turn it over to empty any remaining ash.
Step 8: Place the re pit in the carrying bag and store it in a cool and dry locaon. Make sure
the repit is dry before you store it away.
Storage and maintenance
Aer each use, wait unl the unit has completely cooled down, then turn the stove over to empty
any remaining ash. If you want to wipe it down, use only a dry cloth.
Always place your re pit in its carrying bag and store in a cool/dry locaon. The carrying bag can
also be used as a temporary outdoor cover.
Due to extremely high temperatures, discoloraon of the stove will occur and is considered
normal. Stainless steel has an increased resistance to rust; however, it is not rustproof. Prolonged
exposure to moisture may result in increased staining and/or rusng. Due to extremely high
temperatures inside of the stove may show signs of staining/rust. This is normal and will not aect
normal use.
Tips:
• When you rst use your stove, it will take approximately 5-15 minutes to achieve full eciency
and the visual ame images is visible. Try to keep the ames as evenly as possible for best eect.
• Use dry woods for best results.
• Overlling the stove above the top air holes will decrease eciency and will produce more
smoke.
• Store your stove in a cool and dry locaon. Prolonged exposure to harsh weather will increase
rust and discoloraon.
