7. The re pit is not to be used in a boat or recreaonal vehicle.
8. Always use the repit in accordance with all applicable local, state, and naonal codes.

9. When using the re pit, exercise the same precauons you would with any open re.
10. The use of alcohol, prescripon or non-prescripon drugs may impair the consumers ability
to operate the re pit safely.
11. Do not use the re pit unl you have read the operang instrucons and user warnings.
12. The re pit is designed for use with standard rewood logs and may not funcon properly
with other fuel sources.
13. Do not alter or modify the re pit in any manner.
14. Do not store or use gasoline or any other ammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity of the
re pit.
15. Do not store or use LP gas cylinders within 30 feet of the re pit while it is in operaon.
16 Do not use the re pit near automobiles, trucks, vans, or recreaonal vehicles.
17. Do not use the re pit in any explosive environment. Keep the area around the re pit clear
and free of any combusble materials, gasoline, or any other ammable liquids.
18. Do not use the re pit under any overhead or near any unprotected combusble construc-
ons. Avoid using under or near any overhanging trees or shrubs.
19. Always use the re pit on a level noncombusble surface. Use on wood or composite decks
at your own risk.
20. Do not wear ammable or loose clothing when operang the re pit.
21. Do not use the re pit in windy condions.
22. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter uid, alcohol, or any other ammable liquid
to light or relight the re pit.
23. Keep all electrical cords away from the re pit.
24. ALL surfaces of the re pit are extremely hot when in operaon. To avoid burns and serious
injury, do not touch the re pit unl the re is completely out and it has completely cooled.
Never touch the coals or ash to see if they’re sll warm.
25. Do not aempt to move or store the re pit unl all re, coals, and ashes are completely
exnguished and the unit has completely cooled.

27. Do not lean over the re pit when lighng or when it is in use.
28. Avoid breathing smoke from the re and avoid geng smoke in your eyes.
29. The re pit should be inspected and cleaned regularly aer each use.
30. Aer a period of non-use, check the re pit for signs of damage and creosote buildup. Do not
operate unl necessary repairs and/or cleanup is done.
31. Do not use water to exnguish the re as this could cause damage to the re pit as well as
injury to the user.
32. Seriously injury, death, and/or property damage may occur if the above instrucons are not
followed exactly.
