Place the wheel set (A) and handle bracket (B) on the inside and outside
of the engine base plate (C), align the shaft sleeve hole and the base
plate hole (D), thread the two threaded shafts (E) into them, then
fasten them with an M12 flat washer (F) and M12 hex lock nut (G)
at both ends of the shaft.
Then install the two handle rubber blocks (A),
and fasten the rubber blocks with two M10
flat washers (B) and two M10 hex lock
nuts (C).
Before compacting, fold up the Wheel Kit as
shown.
