    • C
      campbellbrianAug 5, 2025
If your Superabrasive Dust Collector won't start, it could be due to insufficient power. First, check the electrical cable, plug, and connections for any damage. Also, the electrical circuit breaker or GFI (ground fault interrupter) might have tripped. If so, reset the circuit breaker or GFI device.

Why Superabrasive Lavina V25-X has weak suction power?
    • L
      Lisa WalkerAug 11, 2025
If your Superabrasive Dust Collector isn't operating efficiently or has weak suction, it could be due to several reasons. The vacuum hose might have an obstruction or holes; check the hose and clear any blockages, and replace the hose if there are visible holes. Another cause could be a full vacuum dust container/bag; in this case, you should clean the main filter, turn off the motors, and clean the dust collector, replacing the Longopac® section of the bag if it's filled with dust and debris. Lastly, the vacuum filter(s) may have excessive blockage, so try cleaning or replacing the filter.
