Schrumpfschlauch des Bosch
Hauptanschlusskabels vorsich-
tig mit einem Abmantelungs-
werkzeug. Wie z.B. das AM 16
von Weidmüller.
AM 16 Messer Einstellung
(gilt nur für Bosch Gen. 2):
- Rundschnitt > Stufe 2
- Längsschnitt > Stufe 3
Achtung! Wenn das Messer zu
tief eingestellt ist, wird das Ka-
bel beschädigt! Bitte unbedingt
beiliegende Anleitung lesen!
Pro solution: Carefully remove
the shrink tube from the main
Bosch battery cable with a pro-
fessional spripping tool, e.g. AM
16, Weidmüller.
AM 16 knife setting
(Bosch gen 2 cable only):
- circular cut > second marking
- lenghtwise cut > third marking
Please note! If the cutter is set
too deep, it will injure the cable.

M99 PRO Scheinwerfer Installation am Bosch Motor
1. E-Bike Akku herausnehmen.
2. Bei Bedarf Kabel abmanteln, um Platz für die UB2A Verbinder zu schaffen (Abb.B1).
3. Gleichfarbige Litzen mit einem der blauen 3M UB2A Abzweigverbinder koppeln (Abb. B2).
4. Kabel vom Supernova Frontlicht-Anschlusskabel im UB2A Verbinder bis zum Anschlag einstecken.
5. UB2A Verbinderkappe bündig zum Gehäuse einpressen.

1. Take out the battery of the e-bike.
2. Strip the black shrinktube off the cable, if needed (fig. B1).
3. Connect the wires of the same color with the blue 3M UB2A tap connectors (fig. B2).
4. Insert the cable of the Supernova Frontlight into the UB2A connector as far as possible.
5. Compress UB2A connector no deeper than the outer edge of the housing.

Trennen Sie den Schrumpf-
schlauch vorsichtig mit einer
feinen Schere (z.B. Nagelsche-
re) entlang den Litzen auf, um
Platz für die UB2A Verbinder zu
schaffen.
Alternative low-tech solution
Cut open the shrink tube
carefully with scissors (e.g. nail
scissors), following the wires to
create more space for the UB2A
connectors.
