autre outil à moteur tel qu'une scie ou
une perceuse électrique. Il ne faut pas
laisser le moteur électrique surchauffer.
Des précautions normales prolongeront
la durée de vie de votre moteur. Gardez
les durées de traction aussi courtes que

Installation Procedures

Mounting Relay Box and Winch

Securely mount the relay box and winch using provided hardware and check tightness.

Roller Fairlead Installation

Install the bottom roller for the roller fairlead and secure it to the mounting plate.

Winch Mounting Requirements

Ensure no vehicle parts impede operation and mount winch with wire rope in underwind direction.

Bolt Strength Grade

Do not substitute any strength grade weaker than ISO grade 4.6 for mounting hardware.

Wiring and Operation Setup

Disconnect Battery Leads

Disconnect battery leads before working on winch; wear eye protection and remove jewelry.

Wiring Diagram and Connections

Route control box wires to motor and battery; attach circuit breaker to red battery wire.

Check Drum Rotation Direction

After wiring, check drum rotation direction; recheck wiring if incorrect.

Freespool Operation

Disengage clutch to pull rope; re-engage clutch fully before winching.

Pendant Operation

Connect pendant control switch; keep switch assembly clean and dry.

Prevent Unauthorized Use

Remove pendant control and store safely to prevent unauthorized winch operation.
