CAREFULLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ASSEM-

BLY/USE. THIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED TO BE MOUNTED TO A WALL THAT

HAS STUDS SPACED 16” ON CENTER. DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN BUILDING

MATERIALS, MOUNTING HARDWARE IS NOT SUPPLIED. FAILURE TO SECURE

PRODUCT TO STUDS CAN RESULT IN DAMAGE TO PRODUCT, PROPERTY, OR

SERIOUS INJURY.

6 ADJUST THE DOOR STRAP RETAINER VIA THE ADJUSTABLE PEG FOR

DOOR RETENTION. WEAVE STRAP AS SHOWN AND ELIMINATE SLACK.

REPEAT FOR THE REMAINING DOOR. PROPER ADJUSTMENT PREVENTS

DOOR FROM SWINGING OUTWARD.

5 ENSURE BRACKET IS SECURED. LOCATE THE INSERT THAT WILL FIT YOUR

JEEP AND INSTALL INTO THE DOOR BRACKET. CAREFULLY LIFT THE JEEP

DOOR AND INSERT DOOR HINGE PINS INTO THE INSERT AS SHOWN. THE

LOWER BRACKET HAS SLOTTED HOLES FOR ADJUSTMENT FOR DIFFER

ENT PIN LOCATIONS. LIFT THE BRACKET UNTIL IT FULLY SEATS DOOR PIN

AND TIGHTEN BOLTS FOR LOWER DOOR SUPPORT.

General

Ensure bracket is secured. Fit insert into door bracket, lift door, and insert hinge pins. Adjust lower bracket for pin locations.

Use adjustable peg to retain door. Weave strap, eliminate slack, and repeat for remaining door to prevent swinging.

Assemble bracket and door supports using provided hardware. Use long slotted holes for door size adjustments.

Use stud finder to locate wall studs. Mount bracket at least 48" from floor with nut retainers toward bottom.

Use bracket as template to mark position. Drill 1/4" pilot holes at least 2" into stud center. Install door strap retainers.

Determine proper 5/16" lag bolt length. Embed bolts at least 2" into stud. Attach bracket using bolts and washers, tighten supports.
