(I) Fault analysis and troubleshooting for shower head without hot water
For mechanically controlled type of electric water heater, drain without hot water mainly result from
circuit failure, heating pipe error and misoperation.
Electric circuit: Mainly judge the failure by considering whether temperature controller, temperature
limiter, switch and internal connection lines are normal;
Heating pipe error: Mainly resulting from circuit break of heating pipe;
Misoperation: Mainly resulting from insufficient heating time, too low temperature setting of
temperature controller, trip-out of switch of earth leakage circuit breaker, power supply and water
