VIII. Clearing and delivery
If the user has no doubt upon the completion of installation and debugging, the installer shall clear the
construction site, fill out the installation card and deliver it to the user, notifying that the user may turn to
consultation in case of any problems or doubts in the later use.
IX. Common failure and treatment
Display E1 Electric leakage of water heater
Guarantee the input terminal of L/N wire is
normally earthing. Open control box of water
heater and check whether there are any
damage of insulated cable, short circuit and
other cases; if any, replace it with new cable.
Otherwise, it may resul
leakage of water heater, so the water heater
shall be replaced.
Display E2
Water shortage of inner
compartment, leading to boiling
of heater
Plug the socket, fill the heater with water and
then power it on again. Or the circuit board

Excessive water temperature due
to failure of temperature
controller
Replace the circuit board.
Display E4
Failure and looseness of sensor,
etc.
Guarantee the temperature sensing probe is
well interlinked. Or, the probe or circuit
board shall be replaced.
No display on the
screen after power-on
