upward straightly, mount the electric water heater after fastening hooks tightly and confirm the electric
water heater mounted to the root of hooks.
After the water heater is mounted to the wall, wall hanging must be closely tightened to the wall, free
of inclination or air clearance. After the heater is mounted, installers need to confirm the installation
effect in face of water heater by pulling it downward forcibly.
Correct hanging: Confirm the direction of inlet/outlet pipe for the electric water heater according to
the instructions and correctly hang the electric water heater. The vertical and horizontal models are
different, so upwards/downwards drain cannot be mounted reversely.
(IV) Piping installation:
1. Planning: Figuring out the routing plan of piping layout according to installation position and
water use point, and then make it confirmed by the user;
2. Pipe arranging: Cut pipes upon needs and place them according to piping layout;
3. Sealing: Seal pipes at the pipeline joints with thread seal tape or combination of hemp thread and
raw lacquer, and also sealant;
4. Fixing: Upon piping layout, the installer shall confirm that the water heater is straight
horizontally and vertically, neat and artistic. Pipelines shall be fastened by pipe clamp or buckle
base.
5. Fitting:
Install the safety valve (or one-way pressure relief valve) before installing inlet pipe of electric
water heater, keep the direction of arrow of safety valve point to electric water heater (reverse
installation unacceptable) and connect the drain pipe to nearby floor drain. Other safety valve
substitutes are strictly prohibited.
