Your ISP might be blocking port 80, so try changing the HTTP Port to 8080.

If you're using a 4 to 1 power connector, ensure it's plugged into a power source and each of the cameras. Also, check the CAMERA SETUP in the MAIN MENU to see if any of the cameras are turned off.

      If your SVAT DVR is not recording even though all the images are appearing on the screen, you must initiate the recording to start by pressing the RECORD button on the remote. Also, check under Record Setup in the main menu to make sure all the cameras are set to ON. Verify that the HDD is installed and formatted in the DEVICE menu and check your record schedule to make sure the DVR is set to record that hour.

      The DVR is set to run as long as it is plugged in. To power off the DVR, go to MAINTAIN--> SHUT DOWN. Disconnect the power cable after the DVR has displayed NOW YOU CAN POWER OFF SAFELY.
