If you can hear the person outside, but they cannot hear you, ensure that all the connections are properly and securely set up. Also, make sure you are not pressing the ‘View’ button, as this allows you to hear outside but prevents the outside from hearing you. Use the ‘Talk’ button for two-way communication.
